By downloading or using the Furas app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an employer account and post job listings. Job seekers may browse listings without an account. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Furas is a platform that connects employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment, verify the accuracy of listings, or take responsibility for outcomes of any employment relationship. Job listings remain active until the employer deletes them or their account is removed.
By using the App, you agree that we may collect anonymized usage data (such as which features you use and how often) through third-party analytics services including Mixpanel and Google Firebase. This data is used solely to improve the App and is not linked to your name or phone number. You can review our full data practices in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Furas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block accounts that violate these Terms, post harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activity. Blocked accounts lose access to all App features immediately. We also reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that listings will result in successful hires.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost earnings or failed job placements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
